BIOGRAPHY:

born as Nasrollah Moein Najafabadi, is a popular Iranian pop and traditional singer based in Los Angeles. He began his musical career at the age of 18 and studied with masters such as Taj Esfahani and Hassan Qasaï.

Moein rose to fame in 1976 with the song “Yeki ra doost midaaram” (I Love One). This song, with lyrics by Masoud Amini and music by Moein, became so popular that it crossed borders and was covered by Iranian singers who had immigrated to the United States after the revolution.

Moein has released over 50 albums to date. Some of his most famous works include “Yeki ra doost midaaram”, “Golhaye Gharbaat” (Flowers of Exile), “Kaaba”, “Tooloo”, “Parinda” (Bird), and “Khatereha” (Memories).

Moein currently lives in Los Angeles and continues to perform.
